US Fails to Institutionalize ‘Concession Discourse’

TEHRAN (IQNA) – An international adviser to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in international affairs underlined the US failure to institutionalize the discourse of concession among members of the Resistance Front.

Ali Akbar Velayati made the remark in an address to an international conference of Iranian and foreign publishers in Tehran on Wednesday.

He said the US policy vis-à-vis the powerful Resistance Front has been attempting, in vain, to institutionalize the discourse of conceding to the Zionist regime so that it could restraint the growing trend of Islamic resistance in the region and ensure security for Israel.

Velayati explained the position of the countries like Iraq, Syria and Yemen in the Axis of Resistance and said the plots hatched by the global arrogance against these countries have failed.

He stressed that the Resistance Front is stronger and more efficient than ever as a result of the recent victories.

Representatives from Iraq, Palestine, Turkey, Yemen, Indonesia and Pakistan attended the gathering.
